  If you are an unemployed Canadian, you are eligible for services at the Spectrum Job Search Centre or other Employment Assistance Service (EAS) Agencies.
  
  If you are an active Employment Insurance recipient or a Former EI recipient (defined as having established an EI claim within the last 3 years or an EI maternity/parental claim within the last 5 years), you have access to a full range of EAS services.
