Spectrum helps you find good employees

The Spectrum Job Search Centre offers the following services to employers:

• Youth Individual Wage Subsidy: Spectrum can help you find a youth a suitable position If you are an employer wishing to provide a training opportunity to a young person who needs a chance to build skills.

• Job Postings: Place your job postings on our bulletin board, and if you request, we will forward your postings to other Employment Assistance Agencies in Greater Victoria, Sidney, and Sooke.

• Links to internet resources for employers.
