Spectrum helps you find good employees

The Spectrum Job Search Centre offers the following services to employers:

• Youth Individual Wage Subsidy: Spectrum can help you find a youth a suitable position If you are an employer wishing to provide a training opportunity to a young person who needs a chance to build skills.

• Job Postings: Place your job postings on our bulletin board. If you wish, we will also forward your postings to other Employment Assistance Agencies in Greater Victoria, Sidney, and Sooke.
  
  To place a job advertisement, contact us (by Email: spectrumjsc@gmail.com , fax: 381-9072, or telephone: 381-9074) and provide us with as much of the following information you feel is needed:
  - Job title (required)
  - Brief job description
  - Hours of work
  - Wages
  - Any specific skills, experience, certificates, licences, equipment needed
  - How to apply (required)
  
  Note: Jobs are posted for 2 weeks. Extensions given on request. Just let us know on or before the expiry date.
